At TRE I lead efforts in communicating and administering compliance with the State of California. I am directly involved with employee benefits, the hiring and termination of employees, worker’s compensation claims, payroll, and employee performance reviews. I enjoy organizing functions that involve employment morale. It is satisfying to see the results of taking an everyday function and transferring that process to our employees. Human resources is an opportunity to engage with the employees on a more personal level. Prior to TRE I worked for non-profit organizations, focusing on coordinating events, seminars, retreats, and leadership classes. Outside of working at TRE I enjoy cooking, baking and singing.
