Before getting into the construction industry, I proudly served and defended my country in the U.S. Navy as an Aircraft Electrician, where I worked as a troubleshooter and Quality Assurance inspector in an Active Duty Squadron on P3-C Orion Aircraft. For the past 25 years I have built several construction companies from the ground up, and have developed a reputation for delivering high quality results with an attention to detail. What I love most about my job is the ability to be creative, and to solve problems for our clients by combining experience and insight. Outside of work, the thing I enjoy most is spending time with my family, especially my grandchildren. In fact, the name TRE Construction and Management Inc. was formed and named after my three grandsons (Tyler, Rex and Elliott). I also have 2 granddaughters (Emma and Gwenyth), and Tyler asked one day why they weren’t in the company name. I replied, “They are – Emma and Gwenyth are ‘and Management’!”
