My role at TRE as a project manager is to help our clients by guiding a project from conception through completion. I use thoughtful planning and effective communication to keep the project within the original scope of work and on budget. I serve as the focal point of communication between clients, the project team, and upper management. I also focus on mentoring and uplifting the team to reach each project’s goals. Before TRE, I’ve always been blessed to be a part of crews that carry the responsibility for planning and take those plans into action for past companies, such as IBM computers. Quality control and production goals have always been the main focus. 

I love all I do as a project manager, as there is always something new to learn, a new idea to be considered, or even something to teach. I love building sincere relationships with everyone I work with, and having the opportunity to be of service to them. I enjoy learning through meditation and spiritual education to approach and embrace any situation with an uplifting attitude and complete trust…  at least, that’s my goal 🙂 I enjoy being with family, reading, playing guitar with my son, singing,and exercising.
